1. What is Visual CD Ripper?
Visual CD Ripper is a piece of software for ripping audio CD tracks, converting audio formats. It supports ripping CDs to MP3, WAV, WMA, and OGG files. Visual CD Ripper  can also convert WAV to MP3,WMA and OGG files.

2. How to install Visual CD Ripper?
Before the installation, please see  System Requirements first to make sure that your PC meets the conditions.
Find the setup package you have downloaded from the website. It's an exe file, double click it to run it, then follow the prompts to finish the installation procedure.
After the installation, there is a shortcut created on the desktop and under the programs group, see it from "Start > Programs > Visual CD Ripper".

3. How to launch it?
When the Visual CD Ripper is installed successfully on to your computer, there should have a shortcut created on the desktop, you may double click it to launch it. You may also run it from "Start > Programs > Visual CD Ripper > Visual CD Ripper".

4. How to uninstall it from my computer?
For Windows 9x, Me, NT, 2000, please click "Start > Settings > Control Panel" .
For Windows XP, please click "Start > Control Panel".
Click the item "Add/Remove Programs", then select "Visual CD Ripper" from the list and click the "Remove" button to uninstall it.

5. How to set the output directory when converting CD to audio files?
Before ripping CDs to audio files, you can click "output directory" button to set  the output directory of audio files.

6. How to rename the default tracks' names?
The default tracks' names are "Tracks1" , "Tracks2", "Tracks3", ...
If you want to change these default named tracks, you may double click the item, then enter a different name when an input box is activated.
You can also click the list to highlight it, click the menu item "CD Ripper > Edit Tracks Name" to activate the input box.

7. What's the limitation of trial version?
The trial version will only allow you check the first 5 tracks.

8. Is technical support free?
Yes, the technical support is completely free. As to the registered users, we will try to reply all the messages within 24 hours. As to the unregistered users, we do not guarantee that all the messages will be replied although we will try our best.

9. If I purchase this program, how much do future upgrades cost?

1. What is Easy MP3 CD Burner?
Easy MP3 CD Burner is a hip software tool that helps you to create normal audio CDs from your favorite MP3 and WAV files. You can then play them in your regular stereo or car CD player!

2. How to install Easy MP3 CD Burner?

5. How many songs can be burned on a CD?
You can burn maximum 100 songs on a CD. However, about 13 - 20 songs can be burned because the normal CD can only hold 74 minutes of audio.

6. Since the CD-R has 650M space and one MP3 file takes only 4-5MB, can I burn 120 MP3s on a CD-R?
No, because the audio data is compressed in MP3 file but the normal CD doesn't compress it, the MP3 files will be decompressed before being writing to CD-R. You can burn 74 minutes of audio (about 60M MP3 files) in one CD. 

7. Can I append songs to a burned Audio CD since it still has some free space? 
No, Easy MP3 CD Burner writes audio CD in Disk-At-Once mode and the CD will be closed when finishing burning. Nothing can be appended any more. So burn all the tracks in one time.

8. Can I use CD-RW media to create Audio CD so I can reuse it next time?
Yes, you can burn MP3s to CD-RW media. However, the normal CD players and some CD-ROM can't recognize the CD-RW media. You can't listen the burned CD-RW with your Hi-Fi or car CD player.

9. If I purchase this program, how much do future upgrades cost?

1. What is Visual Sound Recorder?
Visual Sound Recorder is a sound recording program. You can use it to grab any sound, including music, dialogs from movies, game sounds etc. from your local computer or the internet. Captured sounds can be saved in wav, mp3, Raw, G276, ogg and vox files.

2. How can I know my recording is going on?
Check if there are audio curves in the curve display area. The line keeps still in the bottom of the area means there¡¯s no sound input. please check your setting or hardware connection.

3. How to name a recorded file?
Set the rules for automatic naming. Click "Output File" Button to name the recorded files as X+date+time. Then choose to add number to the file name or overwrite the file if a filename is the same as the existed one.

4. How to rename a recorded file?
You may right-click on recordings in the list, from there you can playback the recordings, rename audio file or delete individual recordings.

5. Can Visual Sound Recorder convert audio formats?
Visual Sound Recorder can also Converts audio formats MP3, WAV, OGG and WMA from one to another. You can click "Audio Converter" button to convert audio files.

6. Can Visual Sound Recorder edit MP3 ID3 Tags?
Visual Sound Recorder help you to organize your mp3s. With Visual Sound Recorder you can easily edit ID3 tags and keeping your musical collection in good order. Click "Edit ID3" button to edit your mp3 id3 tags.

7. What's the limitation of trial version?
The trial version will Only no more than record 40 seconds.

8. My file is too big. How to reduce its file size?
You may choose a suitable format according to your needs. If you need CD quality music, WAV format will be your choice for sure. If you need to record audios of average quality, MP3 or OGG will be fine. But if you want to record news broadcasting, speech, greetings and so on, OGG and MP3 will provide you smaller sized files suitable for saving and sending.

9. I set the schedules to record new broadcasting. But I got nothing. Why?
Please make sure
1) the program is opened;
2) your computer is connected to the internet;
3) your schedule has been set correctly;
4) Your audio source is on and is in good status.
Do not close the program or turn off your computer if you want to record by schedules.

10. How to extract music from movie?
you may play your VCD/DVD with a player then save the sound into MP3/WAV/G726/OGG with our Visual Sound Recorder.

11. How to convert music from tape cassettes?
You need only a device for transfering the sound from your tape cassettes to your computer and then record it.

12. How to record Internet News or Radio Station on the Internet?
Sometimes, you want to record sound from the Internet News or Internet Radio Station, you may launch the Visual Sound Recorder, set the file name for saving, Add the schedules for recording, wait for the result.

13. How to record as long time as I like?
If you are using a full version of the Visual Sound Recorder, it would allow your record as long time as you like only if the free hard disk space enough. If you are using a trial/evaluation version, it has a 40 seconds time limitation, on this case, you need to buy a registration code from us to register it to remove the limitation.
